After a series of failed realtor attempts, we sold the brick & mortar by owner. The building was mixed use, which really meant commercial and was a far cry from selling a residence. No access to MLS as a start. Anyway … it’s a long creative determination story with a very happy ending. All I can say is how proud and grateful I am. Five stars!
While we were creating a marketing strategy – to sell the building – I read that staging a bowl of fresh lemons – during showings – expresses a happy, clean & fresh smelling visual that is very appealing to visitors, buyers and guests. It was, you could tell. I love lemons and will write about them again someday.
